How to get there

Go to Einbroch
Navigate to Special Security Area, Os in ein_fild03 : /navi ein_fild03 288/269
Navigate through the Special Security Area, Os : /navi sp_os 260/363
Navigate to the top right corner of Special Security Area, Cor : /navi sp_cor 258/287
Navigate through the Sewage Treatment Plant to the middle left of the map: /navi ba_pw02 7/149
Navigate to top left portal in the Magic Power Plant 1 : /navi ba_pw01 91/291
Go out of the house you find yourself in, and you're now at the Varmundt Mansion Garden map
Go grab the Warp Stone
Just north from the Warp Stone you can enter the Mansion : /navi ba_maison 197/279

First door in the right wing, has quests and crafting NPCs : /navi ba_in01 357/302

Biosphere Warp Stone can be found inside the open door at : /navi ba_in01 255/353

Additional Biosphere can be found in the left wing, just after entering the Mansion.
